A new friend

Meet Elijah's new friend who is yet to be named - we're waiting to see what is right for this cute little man. Elijah loves him; making the universal baby sound of happiness, "eeeeeeeeeee".

Thanks to a lovely woman we met we now have our very first Steiner doll and I am secretly coveting one for myself, lucky she has offered to show me the tricks of her trade.

We have been homebodies this week, done lots of spring-ish cleaning and set up camp on the family bed with dahl and dippers enjoying the delicious breeze and filtered sunlight, taking turns reading chapters of our next Little House on the Prarie adventures to each other.

Waiting not-so-patiently for my christmas crafting supplies to arrive so I can get busy making some magic for the people I love....watch this space.
