Long Overdue

Once again I have neglected this poor blog for so long that a bullet pointed post is warranted. I have been busy with those boys though :)



*We have finally got out there and into some activities of interest...

-Karate 2xweek and the boys are loving it.

-6weeks of art classes at the Neighbourhood centre-hoping there is a chance of this continuing one on one.

-Violin lessons for the number one son, progressing beautifully according to his teacher.

-Making a regular effort to go to playgroup, which although not ideal for us, meets some of all of our needs.



*One of our bunnies became sick suddenly and despite vet help he died so now Snowball is solo, we do think we will get another one but it seems now the pet shops don't guarantee the sex of the rabbit so we could end up with lots and lots of bunnies!!



*We took an impromptu trip to the Mid North Coast and spent some time with our mamas. It was fun for everyone and Akira marvelled us with his transition to training-wheel-free biking within a couple of days.

Everyone has been busy with their own learning stuff. Linkin is still devouring Maths books (go figure!!) and Akira is making himself a permanent resident in our book corner, snuggled up under blankets and chalking up another book for his MS readathon. Elijah has been enjoying time with his dad lots more, just little trips to the shops or playing in the park while I am doing something with the older boys-they both enjoy it and I relish the 5 minute breather!!

Once I remember to pick up batteries for the camera I will share some of the wonderful creations that have happened recently.
